This page is under construction Time & Attendance - Our payroll software allows tremendous flexibility for interfacing with most time and attendance systems. this includes popular programs such as TDSOL Time Data Systems, Kronos, Time America, Infotronics and Metron. the user can create this file within "user defined" parameters for almost any time clock system. Human Resource Systems - is a very sophisticated "fully integrated" HRIS system that easily flows through the payroll application. However, if the user already has another human resource package, custom programming is available to provide the user with interchangeable files. General Ledger - Our technical staff is experienced with many complex General Ledger systems and therefore understands explicit requirements. During conversion the details of the user's Chart of Accounts are entered and tested. Adjustments are made and the calendar dates are locked in place. Bank Reconcilement - several custom bank reconcilements have been developed which interface with our payroll software. These systems help prevent fraudulent checks form passing through their bank accounts and ease the reconciliation process. Systems Downloads - are easily attainable through an ASCII file, which is created in the Report Writer. This facility provides the "mapping" into almost any data base software including Microsoft, Lotus, Symphony, Excel, etc. After every processing the complete master file is transmitted back to the client. these extracts are then easily converted into the proper format and downloaded into the users software.
