Southland Payroll Services offers two distinct payroll software applications designed to fit your business requirement. 

Both of these payroll/human resource product offer an extremely flexible collection of capabilities which are activated by the client. The PC Based software provides quick, easy, accurate payroll data entry and allows you to take control of your payroll. With their data storage and reporting features, including a report writer, you can access all of your payroll data effectively and easily. 

The following list is a variety of ways to gather your input data:

·         Pre-printed input worksheet - provided by Southland

·         Enter pay info through the PC

·         Electronic timekeeping systems

Transmission of payroll data can be done as follows:

·         Fax

·         Phone

·         Modem

·         The Internet

Receiving your payroll information can be:

·         Picked-Up on the same day

·         Received via Modem or internet for printing at your site

·         Delivered to your office

With each payroll you will receive:

·         Payroll/HR Reports your company needs.  This is customized per client.

·         Paychecks with complete check stubs including:

·         Hours worked

·         Descriptive deduction and earning codes

·         Year to Date data

Through our Payroll Service we also offer the following services: 

·         Third party checks: (401k, IRS, Child Support, etc.)

·         1099 employee checks

·         Direct Deposits to Multiple Accounts

The Millennium Payroll Software requires certain minimun requirements to be met for the software to perform properly. Please make the required changes before the installation date. We will not install Millennium on a computer that fails to meet the requirements.

   Minimum Computer Hardware Requirements:

Operating System Requirements: Only the following Operating Systems will operate with Millennium

        Windows 95/98:

·         The latest Internet Explorer needs to be installed.

·         Dial-Up Networking needs to be setup for the transmission portion of Millennium.

                  Windows NT (Workstation/Server) version 4:

·         Latest Service Pack should be installed.

·         Latest Internet Explorer should be installed (usually in latest service pack).

  Rapid Pay Software (DOS Based/Windows supported)

For companies working with DOS based machines and minimum PC requirements we offer Rapid Pay. Rapid Pay has many capabilities to form an easy and accurate payroll. A solid product with many years experience, this software will accommodate the needs of both large and small companies. Rapid Pay will also provide an array of features that will help your day-to-day operations.
